We are a retired senior couple in our late 60's and decided to sell our home and move to the country. Of course, our apphension was tanamount to panic when our house sold so quickly! We had just completely remodeled the townhouse with high-end fixtures, appliances, and personal touches, so I wanted to lease the property at above market rates. She was straightforward with me about the possibility of needing to come down on the asking price if it did not lease within the first 30-45 days, but she diligently showed it, and it leased promptly for the full asking price.
